I accept payment through paypal after an agreed upon terms of service and providing proof of work.Communication between me and the commissioner will only happen over the email provided by the google form or email for my commissions.I work around my own schedule unless there is a deadline provided which will have an additional fee. Have references ready and clear description in mind for any piece. Refunds are accepted only during the commission process and not when it is finished.
